ADMISSION RULES
1. ADMISSION: Selection is made on the basis of test and interview to determine the capability of the child to pursue the prescribed courses of studies.
2. AGE: For admission to Class-1. The child should complete the age of 5.5 years on 1st April of the year of admission.
3. REQUIREMENT: Documents required at the time of Admission-
(i) Transfer Certificate, (ii) Birth Certificate (Municipal Corporation), (iii) Medical Certificate
WITHDRAWAL PROCEDURE
1. In case a parent wants to withdraw his/her ward from the school, application for the same must be rendered & the fees for the month in which request for T.C. is made, will be charged.
2. Transfer or School Leaving Certificate and Progress Report shall not be issued until all dues are paid.
LEAVE RULES
1. Absence without leave is seriously viewed and in case of six consecutive days of absence the name of the pupil shall be struck off the rolls.
2. Absence because of sickness must be supported with a medical certificate.
PROMOTION RULES
1. For promotion, the student is required to secure at least ‘D’ Grade in each subject.
2. It is a must to clear 1st & 2nd Summative Assessment to get promoted to the next higher class.
3. 75% class attendance is a must for promotion.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE PAYMENT
1. Last date for the acceptance of the school fee is the 12th of the month.
2. Late fee deposit fine of Rs.100/- will be charged with the fee of the month up to 25th of the month.
3. Fee will not be accepted after the 25th of the month.
4. Advance fee on Quarterly, Half-yearly and Annual basis is also accepted.

TRANSPORT RULES
The school provides transport facilities on demand of the parents
1. All students using the Van/Bus are expected to be on the right side of the Bus stops at least 20 minutes before the arrival time of the Van/Bus.
2. The Van/Bus/Rickshaw will not wait for the late comers.
3. No student is allowed to eat in the Van/Bus.
4. School is not responsible for any happenings while coming to school and going back to their respective destination.
Rules & Regulation
1. No leave or absence is granted except prior written application from the parents/guardians excepting sickness
2. Co-operation for the well-being of the child even in the form of complain is highly appreciated. But parents/guardians are requested to sent the same in writing.
3. When the school is in motion, the parents should not visit the class. The time will be fixed by the Principal for any appointment with any teacher.
4. All parents are advised not to send their children to school wearing gold or silver jewellery. Do not send any valuables, money, mobiles, toys, medicines, sharp objects etc. with children. In case of loss or damage, it will not be the responsibility of the school administration.
